Cement poured as OSB concrete plant starts to take shape By Sarah Young, Fort St. John
There was no brass band or gold-plated cement mixer, but it was with great excitement that several contractors watched the first of 4,000 truckloads of concrete being poured at the Slocan-LP OSB plant on Wednesday afternoon.
And how does a site as big as the OSB plant supply itself with the nearly 25,000 cubic metres of concrete needed? It builds its own concrete plant, of course.------------------------------------------- posted 6:14 AM :: reference link ::
