Guinness Brings Deep Dark Cloud Over St. Patrick's Day Last year, Guinness UDV's parent company Diageo, plc. purchased a Teamster represented brewery in Fogelsville, PA. As a result, less than five percent of the 400 Teamsters, who previously worked at the facility, were hired when Guinness took over. In addition, working conditions fought for by Teamsters were destroyed.
