    WAR IN THE GULF: COMICAL ALI SENDS WEB INTO A SPIN Thousands of people logged on to read soundbites from the Iraqi information minister - dubbed Comical Ali for his defiant briefings claiming Iraq was winning the war.

    The site lists Sahhaf's many sayings, including "There are no American infidels in Baghdad. Never!".
