U.S. ready to talk softwood
The U.S. lumber industry broke its silence Friday on Canada's plan to end the softwood lumber war, saying it's ready to talk.
"We are going to come back with a counter-offer," said John Ragosta, legal counsel for the U.S. Coalition for Fair Lumber Imports.
