Tulsa Judge Upholds Right-To-Work Law A Tulsa County judge upheld the state's right-to-work law Tuesday over his own objections so the Oklahoma Supreme Court could decide the issue.
'A case like this needs to be decided by the nine members of the state Supreme Court,' District Judge David L. Peterson said. 'I'm doing the best I can being just a single person.'
Peterson said he agreed with the Eastern Oklahoma Building & Construction Trades Council that the law unfairly requires labor unions to represent workers that don't pay dues."------------------------------------------- posted 6:27 AM :: reference link ::
