United Scaffolding, union still at odds 'It looks like it's going to be a long three weeks.'

That was David Ellis' response Monday to United Scaffolding Inc.'s move to not recognize union labor for its contracting services at Chevron's Pascagoula Refinery and the length of time before a vote can be taken to try and reinstate union representation.
