Unions In The Cards By Jonathan Tasini
A union representation election in the workplace is nothing we would recognize as a fair and democratic process. Indeed, the reality more closely resembles a scene from a dictatorship in a repressive country: workers (voters) are fired or threatened with the loss of their jobs, and they endure a steady stream of negative videos, forced meetings and written messages in their paychecks warning them of the dire consequences that await them if the union should win.------------------------------------------- posted 3:07 PM :: reference link ::
