    Cal-OSHA is on the job The Modesto Bee
    It is clear that federal OSHA has become a captive of the industries whose safety practices it is supposed to regulate. California's worker safety law and aggressive enforcement, on the other hand, is something to be proud of and to protect. It also is a standard the rest of the nation would do well to emulate.
