Union calls for tough penalties to stop violence in the NHS Health and care, UK
'I think our members made it very clear today that they want more legal protection. They want a new law which would mean that anyone found guilty of an assault on a public sector worker would get the same tough penalties currently reserved for attacks on the police, and we will be campaigning hard to make sure they get it.'------------------------------------------- posted 7:12 AM :: reference link ::
