Painter Dies From Flash-Fire Burns The Ledger, FL
Dierker, a contract painter with Universal Painting in Lakeland, was working alone inside a 20-foot by 80-foot, partially underground tank when the fire took place.
The tank, which has several access holes, is part of the water treatment process and will help filter water.
Investigators suspect heat emitted from a halogen light in the tank may have sparked the fire. Fumes in the air likely provided the fuel.------------------------------------------- posted 6:07 AM :: reference link ::
