Contractor Fined Following Worker's Death 1010 Wins, NY
A Brooklyn construction company has been fined 130-thousand dollars after a worker fell from an unguarded scaffold and died. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued the fine against the Jerrick Contracting Company.
