Dangerous cargo traveling through your neighborhood By Sean Sands, Business Gazette, MD Supporters of the District's action are encouraging Marylanders in the suburbs to call their congressional representatives to get the federal government to act. 'If you have any kind of explosion [in Washington], it's not going to stop at the border,' said Joslyn Williams, president of the Metropolitan Washington Council of the AFL-CIO. A chlorine gas cloud 'isn't going to stop at Eastern Avenue.'
