    Tough changes needed, IBEW president says - By JULIE M. McKINNON, Toledo Blade, OH
    Tough changes need to be made to bolster membership and jobs performed by union workers, such as decreasing wages in Florida. Locally, members need to work on getting nonunion electrical workers to join Local 8, put in long days to meet customer demands, go after work being done by non-union shops, and even ensure contractors know what they are doing, a responsibility not undertaken before, the union leader said.
