    New Lenox man dies in collapse - Joliet Herald News, IL
    The two were killed when a crane positioning a concrete slab onto the fifth story of a building at 82nd Street and Racine Avenue dropped the slab and it fell onto the fourth floor, and that floor gave way.

    He was a member of the IBEW Local 134.
