Wal-Mart cries foul - by Jason Warick, The StarPhoenix, Canada
Retail giant Wal-Mart doesn't think it can get a fair hearing from the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board (SLRB), and is asking the courts to declare the board biased.
But a union official scoffed at Wal-Mart's allegation, saying the company is only bitter because it has lost cases that have come before the board. If a judge agrees with Wal-Mart's claims, which have not been proven in court, several Wal-Mart-related SLRB complaints could be delayed indefinitely.------------------------------------------- posted 8:57 AM :: reference link ::
