Writer's Guild Busting the Union-Busters - by TOMMY CHRISTOPHER, Political Machine I love this because it's a reversal of the classic labor relations roles, wherein the company holds all of the leverage. The only leverage unions ever have is the solidarity of it's members, and of other unions. Companies have been using these types of tactics to break strikes and break unions since the labor movement began.
