N.H. Fixes Glitch in Workers' Comp Law - By NORMA LOVE, AP via Forbes
The bill also clarifies that certain contract workers, such as snow plow drivers and grass cutters, aren't required to obtain workers' comp coverage. It also allows businesses that paid higher rates under the section being repealed to collect refunds.
