Insurance paid for most of his burial expenses; not enough for a stone. Bobbie is still waiting for his worker's compensation. The state is going after two subcontractors in court.
Workplace deaths and worker's compensation claims are down a little in Indiana, the governor noted in his speech, despite an upsurge in construction work. 'The decreases are nice, in a way,' he said quietly, 'but they are no consolation and never will be.'
