    Labor Department Investigating Crane Accident - Reporter: Michael Hyland, WHSV, VA
    "mortally injured..."

    The Virginia Department of Labor is leading an investigation that could take up to six months to complete. Should the department find the company was at fault in any way, the company will have the option to contest the findings.
