Construction site boss and underling charged in scaffold death - BY MIKE JACCARINO and JOTHAM SEDERSTROM, New York Daily News
The boss of a construction worker who plunged to his death from a scaffold in Manhattan forced an underling with only two days on the job to pose as a foreman, prosecutors said.

Malik Hussain, 26, told prosecutors that he pressured hardhat Jinal Patel to show authorities bogus credentials declaring he was a rigging foreman, despite a lack of training and certification needed to oversee the site.
