U.S. backlash seen growing
The controversial remarks by U.S. Ambassador Paul Cellucci earlier this week that security trumps trade may also have an effect. Mr. Cellucci scolded Canada for its position on the war, and pointed to the remarks of individuals such as Energy Minister Herb Dhaliwal, who was critical of President George W.
