    Canada ties only a bit strained - U.S. ambassador But Cellucci told reporters that these differences in priorities would have no big impact on trade issues such as keeping cross-border traffic flowing despite security measures, or ongoing negotiations to resolve the long-standing trade battle over Canadian softwood lumber shipments.
