ULLICO Turns Over Special Counsel’s Report to Committee Officials at ULLICO, Inc. last night belatedly responded to a March 31 letter from Education & the Workforce Committee Chairman John Boehner (R-OH) and turned over a copy of the internal report on its board of directors' stock transactions prepared by former Illinois Gov. James Thompson -- a full day after the deadline set in the letter. The documents are now under review by Committee staff to determine whether ULLICO has fully complied with the request.
