LIUNA's O'Sullivan Elected ULLICO Chairman; Georgine Resigns From All Elected Positions After-tax profits from the stock deal are being returned by three board members. Douglas McCarron, president of the Carpenters and Joiners of America, last fall announced before the Thompson report was completed that he was returning his profit of about $276,000 to the company.
