    Coastal forestry talks stall after just an hour By Joanne Blain
    Talks held Tuesday aimed at ending B.C.'s coastal forest-industry dispute were short and anything but sweet.

    The Industrial, Wood and Allied Workers union, representing 12,000 forestry workers, walked away from the table just an hour after the employers' bargaining agent presented a new proposal, which IWA president Dave Haggard characterized as "crap."
