    The public hearing is scheduled for March of 2004. Venues for oral presentations will be facilitated in Nanaimo, Richmond, Prince George, Kelowna, and Nelson. Formal notice of the public hearing, as required under section 226 of the Workers Compensation Act, will be provided in January of 2004. This notice will include information regarding registration for participation. A calendar has been prepared highlighting the dates for each venue location.

    An overview of the following amendment packages that will be the subject of the public hearing is provided below:
