Milton project draws union protest By Maria Cramer, Globe Staff
N.H. builder says grievances unfounded
The New England Council of Carpenters has no illusions about halting a $51 million senior housing development on Brush Hill Road in Milton, but members picketing outside the construction site in Milton do have goals.
