Federal Lawsuit Claims Labor Unions Violated License-Plate Laws PR Newswire
Workers at the Allentown operation of Cintas Corporation filed the federal
lawsuit against UNITE, a textile-workers' union, and the Teamsters after the employees suspected that the unions and their organizers illegally obtained personal information about individuals from license plates and other vehicle- registration data.
