After huge inflatable pink elephants and giant cigarettes, meet the 10-foot rubber rat. Former brickie and would-be general secretary of the Ucatt construction union, Mick Dooley, today dragged the labour movement's latest prop around London building sites. Dooley, standing in the Ucatt election, says he 'intends to kick the rats out of the building industry' and clean up building sites.
