    Man dies at pulp mill By M. Partington-Richer, Slave Lake Lakeside Leader, Canada
    A 69-year-old construction worker died last Saturday (May 29) when he fell head first off some scaffolding at the Slave Lake Pulp Mill.

    Slave Lake RCMP say Donald S. Gullickson of Williams Lake, British Columbia died as he attempted to bolt together some steel beams. He was a contact worker employed by DSI Mill Ltd., and was on his first day at the site.
