    Falling steel plate kills 2 ship builders Mainichi Shimbun, Japan
    At around 9:05 a.m., a 240-ton steel plate that had been leaning against a wall on the deck of a container vessel fell, causing the four workers to fall off the scaffolding at the IHIMU shipyard in the Showacho district of Kure, police said.
