Carpenter 'proud' of union By David Castellon, Visalia Times-Delta, CA
Money, credit cards, a driver's license and a union card. Dennis Clark never leaves home without them.
And even if union stewards didn't occasionally check at construction job sites to make sure he and other members of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America have their union cards, Clark, a 48-year-old journeyman carpenter from Visalia, said he would still make sure it was in his wallet.
'Yeah, I would,' he said. 'I'm proud to be a union member.'------------------------------------------- posted 7:50 AM :: reference link ::
