Port Angeles boat-builder hopes to lure skilled Skagit workers By Kasia Pierzga, Skagit Valley Herald, WA
Westport Shipyard, which in 2002 decided against opening a facility in Anacortes in favor of a site in Port Angeles, is hoping to poach a few skilled Skagitonians for jobs in just about every aspect of boat-building. They're looking for carpenters, plumbers, electricians, mechanics, fiberglass laminators and painters, welders, metal fabricators and even designers and managers.------------------------------------------- posted 12:49 PM :: reference link ::
