    Contractor imprisoned for fraud - By Timothy Roberts, San Jose Business Journal
    A construction contractor from Alameda County has been sentenced to three years in prison and to pay $3.1 million in restitution after pleading no contest to two felony counts charging him with failing to pay for workers' compensation insurance.
