    OSHA proposes $74,700 in penalties after bridge accident AP Wire
    One worker was killed and three others were injured last November, when a support column almost 70 feet high collapsed into Lake Sakakawea.

    'The employer failed to follow basic safety and health requirements for employees,' OSHA area director Bruce Beelman said in announcing the citations.
