OSHA investigates fatal fall at work site - By DAVID FERRARA, Mobile Register, AL
Poole had been standing near a window, guiding a crane operator who was lifting an air-conditioning unit into a Holi day Inn Express, which was under construction near the I-10 Malbis exit late Tuesday morning, according to Greene.

Poole fell after he leaned against a two-by-four rail secured by a pair of nails that suddenly gave way, Greene said.
