One dead, another injured after falls at Wal-Mart site - Winfield Daily Courier, KS
Two Georgia men employed by Key Construction Co. out of Wichita suffered severe injuries when they fell from the roof of the new Wal-Mart store in separate incidents. One of the men died Tuesday, while the other is expected to recover, police said.

Deciding To Die - By Jordan Barab, Confined Space
    I'm confused.

Two men have fallen from the same roof of a WalMart under construction. On died, and the other, a cousin of the first, is in good condition.

What happened is as clear as mud. The police say equipment failure, the employer (surprise, surprise) says the worker was careless.
