    Scaffold collapse sends 3 workers plunging 9 stories - By Yan Zhen, Shanghai Daily, China
    Construction is a dangerous job in the city.

    On September 29, a 20-meter-tall scaffold in Baoshan District's Yanghang Town suddenly collapsed. No one was injured in the accident, however.

    Similar cases also occurred this April. Five construction workers were buried under debris when scaffold fell down due to problems with its design.
