    Westbound I-70 to reopen today after overpass collapses - photo, Pittsburgh Post Gazette, PA
    In a view looking west on Interstate 70, a section of the collapsed overpass lies across the interstate last night, about a mile east of the intersection of Interstates 70 and 79 in South Strabane, Washington County.
