YOUNG Bakers Delight workers are being asked to bargain away sick leave and paid holidays for as little as 75c an hour.
In a pay deal for the chain's Morwell and Traralgon stores, the benefits can be 'bought out' by the company for pay rises of about 8 per cent.
Slammed as the thin end of the wedge by critics of new IR laws, it also removes penalty rates for shiftwork, weekends and public holidays.
