YOUNG Bakers Delight workers are being asked to bargain away sick leave and paid holidays for as little as 75c an hour.
In a pay deal for the chain's Morwell and Traralgon stores, the benefits can be 'bought out' by the company for pay rises of about 8 per cent.
Slammed as the thin end of the wedge by critics of new IR laws, it also removes penalty rates for shiftwork, weekends and public holidays.
Franchisee Anthony Kennedy said the non-union agreement was supported overwhelming by workers in a silent ballot.
