    Skilled workers will feel the pinch: By JEAN SPENNER, MLive.com, MI
    The planned closing or sale of Delphi Corp. operations in Saginaw County not only affects its 4,550 United Auto Workers employees, it extends to other building trades, union leaders say.

    Building trades unions may find less work in the plants and possibly more competition from skilled workers laid off from Delphi, they said. In addition, the loss of good union jobs with good union wages will hit in all areas.
