    A band provided some musical entertainment, including a bit of an impromptu sing-along led by a BP worker who grabbed the microphone to lead the tent in “La Bamba.”

    Feds trial to seal some BP records - By TJ Aulds, The Galveston County Daily News
    The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking to limit materials made available during the discovery process of civil trials related to the fatal March 23, 2005, explosions at BP's Texas City refinery.

    The justice department took the action in court papers filed Wednesday.

    The department is conducting a criminal investigation into the blasts that killed 15 people and injured more than 170.
