    Subcontractor fined for worker’s fall at Lincoln Place - By Pamela Dickman, Loveland Herald Reporter, CO
    According to the citations, the scaffold was not fully braced and employees were not correctly secured with safety straps to prevent a long fall.

    Also, the guardrail along the scaffold - parallel wood two-by-fours - could not withstand 200 pounds of pressure, according to the citations.
