Controversial anti-loitering bill moves on - BY JAMES T. MADORE, Newsday.com
'It is a bill that's divisive. It targets Latinos. It gives license to hate Latinos,' said Valenzuela.
Labor leaders from the carpenters and sheet metal workers unions expressed concerns that the anti-loitering bill could be used to thwart protests by striking workers.
