Where your health meets the company bottom line - By L.M. SIXEL, Houston Chronicle
Maybe your boss wants you to quit smoking, but you can't. Or maybe you're having trouble shedding extra pounds to get a discount on your health insurance.
In a quest to cut costs, an increasing number of companies are launching wellness programs that reward those who meet specific health goals or penalize those who don't.
