    As development projects are rolled out, demand for construction workers rises - Lansing State Journal, MI
    At least two of the proposed projects - a $45 million Michigan State Police headquarters and the Accident Fund project - will be built solely with union labor, officials have said.

    Developer Gary Granger said he and partner Joel Ferguson will have a project labor agreement for the State Police project. Such an agreement will help ensure union labor is readily available for the project and that work stoppages are avoided, Granger said.
