    Violations at property where worker plunged to death, city says - by Paul Koepp, NJ Blog, New Jersey
    The body of Humberto Nunez, 38, of Perth Amboy, was found lifeless at the bottom of a staircase shaft, partially buried under cinder blocks, at about 10:30 a.m., police said.

    Speaking today at the scene -- an addition to St. Elizabeth's Child Care Center -- Jersey City Police Chief Tom Comey said the worker's four-story fall appears to be an accident.
