Violations at property where worker plunged to death, city says - by Paul Koepp, NJ Blog, New Jersey
The body of Humberto Nunez, 38, of Perth Amboy, was found lifeless at the bottom of a staircase shaft, partially buried under cinder blocks, at about 10:30 a.m., police said.
