    Canada blasts U.S. tariffs
    MISSOULA (AP) -- Canada's deputy consul general stumped a standing-room-only crowd with a pop quiz at Thursday's workshop on U.S.-Canadian forest management.
    "To what country does Montana export most of its products?" Roman Borowyk asked.
    "Canada," came the answer. Right.
