    IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT: CLASS ACTION
    ALLEGATIONS
    12. ULLICO gave its directors opportunity to buy and sell ULLICO stock, but did not give the same opportunity to institutional investors, particular the union Pension Plans.

    13. The Trustees and ULLICO Defendants breached their fiduciary duties and engaged in prohibited transactions by profiting from ULLICO at the expense of their unions and
    the union Pension Plan.
