Laborers Union President Terence O'Sullivan Elected New Chairman of ULLICO May 8, 2003--Terence M. O'Sullivan today will be elected chairman of ULLICO Inc., a diversified financial services corporation that provides insurance, investments, and third-party administration to unions and their members, jointly managed trust funds, and organized employers.
O'Sullivan, 48, is General President of the Laborers International Union of North America, AFL-CIO. He will continue in that capacity.
The new ULLICO chairman was elected by the corporation's Board of Directors after the organization's annual meeting for stockholders.
